Netscape Communicator 4.0

Click the Start button.
From the Start menu, point to Netscape Communicator and choose Netscape Navigator

Click the OK button to start the SetupWizard

Each user of a Communicator on a particular machine has a group of settings called a Profile.
Click the Next button to start creating your user profile.

In the Full Name text box, type your name.
In the Email Address text box, type your SunNetUSA username, followed by @sunnet.net
For example: username@sunnet.net

Click the Next button to continue.
Click the Next button to confirm the spelling of your username

In the Outgoing mail [SMTP] server text box, type mail.sunnet.net

Click the Next button.
In the Incoming Mail Server text box, type mail.sunnet.net

Click the Next button.
In the News (NNTP) server text box, type news.sunnet.net

Click the Finish button.

Click the Start Communicator button to confirm the selected profile

From the Edit menu, choose Preferences.
